My husband and I went in for sundaes. However, we walked out and cancelled the order as soon as I noticed that the person making the sundae picked up the brownie with the filthy gloves that had just been used to ring up another customer, as well as touch multiple unkempt surfaces. It lead me to believe that one pair of gloves is used throughout the entire day. This did not lead to confidence in my eating food that had been directly handled with these same gloves.

Never going there again, worst customer service, the guy there was being so rude, slamming the ice cream, little door rollinghis eyes and puffing. I just won't ever go there again. This was my first experience like this, and I literally walked out crying.

Did a Door Dash delivery which came pretty fast. I ordered two mermaid ice cream cups that are supposed to come with mermaid tails. I don't understand why they didn't just put it outside the cup wrapped in saran-wrap, instead of crushing it into the icecream with the domed lid, so that one completely broke in half and I had to dig the other one out. Also, the sprinkles are stale tasting. My kids didn't mind that but if I had to be the one eating it, it would've bothered me. Glad they deliver though! My kids haven't been anywhere fun for months since my two year old refuses to put on a mask. It was a great surprise for my kids.

Baskin Robbins in Morgan Hill just ripped me off. I ordered a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday and they kept telling us it needed to be bigger because of the design we wanted (disney princesses) so we said we wanted to pick out a 9 round instead because a sheet cake was too big. We picked a very basic design with no toys on it and it came out to the same price as a full sheet.... $43 bucks for a 9 round cake sounds wrong to me.
