Woody's Moreno Valley

First off the servers had a great attitude given the fact they were short staffed. I expected better food, besides the appetizers the Fish Chips were the only things that were good, everything else was just okay. I didn't like the fact my sister ordered a steak that was supposed to come with a baked potato and when her plate came it had mashed potatoes on it, the server said they were out of the baked ones, but I feel she should've been told that when she ordered because the menu clearly states baked potato. I ordered my grandkids the chicken strip meal, but their meals came with chicken nuggets, again we should've been told. I hate when I spend money expecting what I ordered to be served and not just take it upon yourself to serve an alternative on my behalf. The music was good and so was the beer, but then again how can you mess up beer. If I ever come back it will only be for the music and beer.

Pretty much recent reviews are accurate. Stopped by to have a drink with my bf and placed was pretty empty. However when we stood at front waiting for host we were greeted with an immediate did u make reservations? Well no we didn 't because we didn 't know it was required. She then proceeded to tell us then we could only be seated at the bar which we didn 't mind, only to be seated off to the left of bar in high stools that faced the current guest eating, kinda awkward to sit us there when the bar still had seats open. Anyhow, we sat there waited for a waiter to come take our order and no one came, but instead a couple that arrived literally 5 min after us was seated AT The Bar, and had their drinks all while we were still waiting for someone to come take our order. Needless to say we walked out, ended up spending our money at a place that actually valued us. The vibe wasn 't it! On a positive note the water was pretty delicious.

Me and my sisters came to listen to the band that was AWESOME. On November 6 2021 we were told at 8:30pm that we could not be seated because the club was closed. There were maybe 10 people there. We asked you're closed how long will the band be playing and she said until 10.00pm how crazy was that. She sat us but never gave us any water. Even though we were seated and was there for an hour and a half they were closed so the waitress said.

This one is really hard to address, be cause the staff was very kind and hospitable. The band was great. The owner was very involved. With all that being said, the bomb must be dropped!! If the focus can be shift towards the cooking, I think this place could be a great hangout. Every red meat we order was extremely tough! BTW there were 4 adults 2 kids one order was the chicken alfredo, the meat was dry and the alfredo sauce was chalky, I had to con my nephew for some of his nuggets. Ps. As I mentioned, the band was great, I think if you had round tables your customers could have the option in facing the band. The round tables would be more inviting and cozy. I think I could revisit this place in time just to see.

Never going back. Wait was very long. Food had no flavor. Don't waste ur time. My advise hire a new cook.
