If you go through 4 minutes and nobody even answers to say hello a minute and I will be with you instead of waiting there... is terrible customer service. Didn't even recognize in the window. Will never go to this place again. Absolutely terrible

Santa Barbaran Burger is fantastic! Very similar to Cocos California Burger, the avocado takes to another level. Your fries are also very good!

Compared to other burger joints in the area, this one is probably the best one on all of Day Street. Very quick service, priced reasonably well and the food hits it out of the park! The fries are crispy, salty but not overly salty and the charburgers are just great! In n Out needs to take a few lessons from these guys!

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever visited in CA. Oh! One more thing, In N Out has nothing compare to the deliciousness of their Burgers. Try it, I promise you will love it!
