Mariscos La Palma - Moreno Valley

The customer service was lacking. The waitress had a poor attitude when taking my order, the staff seemed to be short-handed, and to make matters worse, I ordered carne asada with shrimp, but they didn't have any carne asada available. I ended up leaving without eating. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The food is tasty and reasonably priced. However, the waitress lacks customer service skills, and because of that, I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

If you choose to dine outside, you won't have access to restrooms and will need to drive to another location to use the bathroom or wash your hands. We brought our own sanitizer, which was helpful, but we won't be returning. The customer service was lacking; it took a long time to be served, and we had to ask the one waitress for napkins and additional drinks.

Fantastic restaurant Nayarita maricos. Don't miss the Taco Gobernador. Marisco El Palma 's taco al gobernador has grilled shrimps and white cheese filled in double corn tortillas that are grilled until the outer tortilla is crispy and the cheese melts. The fat shrimps are excellent for themselves; they get wonderful taste from both the grill and the seasoning. The gooey cheese and crispy tortilla are there for texture. On the side a thin, earthy salsa with roasted Chiles de árbol is delivered. The salsa is not necessary, but it helps what is already the best taco al gobernador I have eaten north of San Diego. Also, make sure to order the Langostinos, a plate of buttery, garlicky, spicy, and gorgeous sea bugs with a brightly hot salsa verde. Not much English is spoken in the walls of Mariscos La Palma, as this is the type of operation built to feed the local community, not food tourists. Food comes from the kitchen quickly, and although this restaurant always has cartridges, it is never cramped.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Not a bad place. I ordered tacos. Relaxed atmosphere, not crowded. Decent prices and the food tasted good. I'll most likely visit here again. 5 stars.
