The Honey Baked Ham Company

The food was decent; I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich, and the portion size was generous. One of the employees was particularly friendly. The restaurant was clean, and when I arrived, there were two other customers dining in.

While I was waiting, a customer showed up, unlocked the door, and went inside. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I decided to wait another 10 minutes, knowing my schedule was already compromised. When I finally approached the door, I was met with rudeness and indifference. The staff informed me that they were closed and wouldn’t open until 11 AM. I reminded them of their stated hours—both online and in the voicemail—but they brushed me off. Frustrated, I never returned to that restaurant. Instead, I visited a different store in Rocky Mount, where I was treated with respect, and they even made an exception to get me a ham. I love their ham; I just can't say the same about my experience at the other place.

Under normal circumstances, I might have been put off by the error, but thanks to the person who made my corrected sandwich—I don't know his name—his friendliness and sincere apologies really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. It's rare these days, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone working today, especially considering that many people choose not to work anymore. I want to extend my thanks to the man who remade my sandwich. He did a fantastic job, and their customer service is truly exemplary! Thank you for being here today. I appreciate all your hard work!

I called from Canada to order a deli tablet for our cousin who had died. Spoke with Alison, who was nice and helpful, what would be best to send. The transaction was very smooth and if necessary I would use it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Alison??

I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich meal with the ham and bean soup delivered through grubhub. Everything was delicious! The bread tasted fresh and flavorful. I'm looking forward to my next order and just wish I found Honey Baked Ham sooner. Thank you for making your food with love!
