Wingstop - Moorpark

I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a very nice wing expert! My food was amazing and I really enjoyed the service all around. I asked one of the workers what her name was and she mentioned that her name was kyra. She was very polite and it was quick and easy. Definitely recommend going here.

Wings were amazing and the flavor was phenomenal! And their ranch paired perfectly! 10/10 would recommend trying this place! All the one star reviews are just Karen?s

It's always so frustrating as a Moorpark resident to see cranky, impatient folks leave a poor review on a new establishment without even attending. My family of 7 picked up 40 wings for $60 bucks and tried out a bunch of their different seasonings and dipping sauces. We got half bone-in and half boneless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to explain to me how the ordering process worked. Everything was great and they paired really well with our collection of hot sauces from home. They cook the wings to order so expect a 20 min wait time. If you don't like waiting.. I'd encourage you to order online or via phone before heading down. Thank you guys for trusting in our small community, hopefully we won't let ya' down.

Unprofessional employees. Manager doesn't seem to care. All teenagers acting like they were 5 yrs old, super loud. Waited 20 minutes for my food , while the employees were giving their friends discounts and got their food faster. Very high chance I will not come back to this Wingstop

Management needs to step up at this location. I was in retail management for years so I have experience working with young adults. First off we decided to eat inside and the conversations between the employees were so loud and not appropriate. We could hear everything literally! There were dirty tables and employees were just standing around. The guy at the counter looked high and was just tossing cups in the air. Yes, CUPS that you give customers! The trash can next to the drink area was overflowing with trash.... trash on the ground and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Water all over the ground and basically not usable. Corporate needs to make an unannounced visit ASAP and train their management team.
