Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Moorpark

THIS PLACE SUCKS. there was a bug in my mac-n-cheese, they messed up the order and I had a chicken sandwich didn't taste like chicken at all.

My expectations were already low for this place. Went yesterday between what would be considered the busy times and still took forever. The website and the actual store have seemingly different menus and pricing. My order was wrong and I had to go backthree times to get it corrected. Who owns this place and why are you letting it go downhill like this? Unless you want it tofail? Won't be back.

Terrible service and waste of money, I ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half just for my food to get here cold. I watched as my first delivery driver cancelled upon waiting. Then the second driver had to wait even more and I feared I would gowithout my meal but it finally got here, cold as it could possibly be and I did not enjoy my meal.

Rice was but that great that I was expected. Very limited in giving out the condiments. Thumbs ???? ok that. Customer service is not very attentive and pretty slow.

This Popeye's establishment seriously needs to be under NEW management, one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to and I've been to some in south central, that's saying a lot.
