Always have to park in car park to wait for order smh
I would rate this restaurant very low. The owner clearly lacks basic business management skills and seems indifferent to the operations of this chain. The place is always dirty, and I've encountered rude employees with foul mouths. It’s hard to believe this is a million-dollar chain, as it feels poorly managed and run by inexperienced staff. This is supposed to be a restaurant chain, not a rundown establishment. I highly recommend that they consider selling their franchise. It's frustrating having to wait over 20 minutes for food while staff receive preferential treatment.
I ordered from the app for myself and my two daughters, but they forgot to include a burger and 10 nuggets—$17 worth of food missing. How difficult is it to double-check?
I was asked what I wanted to order four times in the first 20 seconds at the counter by some rather annoying teenagers. After standing there for five minutes and being ignored by three 16-year-olds who seemed more focused on drive-thru and online orders, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
