フィードバックを提供するI had an excellent experience at this restaurant, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. When I went through the wash the first time and it didn’t remove all the oil debris, they didn’t charge me for a second wash, even though I offered to pay. The owner even helped by hand-washing my car before the second wash. It's wonderful to be a regular here; I always leave with a smile.
I'm a huge fan of this place! It's a family-owned business, and they do an excellent job. Steve was fantastic, and he has a great team. They'll ensure you're completely satisfied with your car. I highly recommend their auto interior vacuuming service!
Thrilled with my decision to come to Brawley Market for a car wash. New to the area and wanted a heavy outside, light inside for reasonable price. Took about 45 minutes and would've given a solid A for value. Considering all the other local car washes are rated so poorly, this place has my business! The convenience store market has a good selection of food and drink too, with a full coffee shop not bad.
Would give this place a 0 if possible. I used to come all the time to get carwashes etc. Came to get a car detailed and one of the attendants ripped off and broke the door handle. I wasn 't mad but he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, so I said yes the owner/manager came out and started being very aggressive right off the bat. Asked me if I wanted them to replace it, which I said yes and he continued on to tell me I was being ridiculous and that he wouldn 't replace it. Then tried to tell me I was trying to take free money from him when he was the one who asked if I wanted it replaced in the first place. Basically he came out excessively defensive, was very rude, and did not take any responsibility for what happened. Fore Warning: You won 't get anywhere trying to speak to the owner here. Take your business elsewhere, it is not worth it.Service: Auto detailing
I have used the car wash services for 6 years and have always had a great experience, in fact we have 2 ongoing subscriptions here for $64 per month. On the other hand, the young ladies in the market are very unprofessional. I have been in the Market at least 10 times, the last time was yesterday at 5:15 PM. Each and every time I have been there they never say hello, or greet the customer. They are always texting or having conversations with each other about anything and everything, (yesterday it was about a l boyfriend), with absolutely no attention to the customer. No hello , no thank you and no have a good day. It 's like an inconvenience to them to do their job.I love to give good reviews whenever I can. I rarely give bad reviews, anyone can have a bad day. What I 've witnessed in the Brawley Market is simply bad business! I hope whatever leadership that is involved with this business understands that this is not a complaint, its a message that your staff needs training and supervision.I notice other complaints and reviews and see no response from the owners giving gratitude or trying to resolve problems.
