Panera Bread - MOORESTOWN

On November 8, 2022, at 4 PM, I visited Panera during my break. After placing my order, I sat down at a table to wait for my food. A young blonde employee approached me quite rudely and said, "Ma'am, we do not allow anyone to sit in the dining area due to sanitation issues." She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or make any effort to provide good customer service. When I asked where I should wait for my food, she simply replied, "Outside!" It was very disappointing.

This location is fantastic—a great spot to gather. I also recommend using the available POS systems to place your orders, as they provide all the options and information about the ingredients.

I ordered the new spicy chicken for my 8-year-old grandson, but I thought the portion was too large for him. It cost $11.00, but it turned out to be so small that I had to get him a kids' macaroni and cheese afterward because he was still hungry. The first picture is from the menu, and the second and third are of the actual sandwich. It looked like a regular Hamburger Bungalow, and the chicken didn’t even cover the bun. In total, we spent $38 for lunch for two kids and two adults, and I ended up with a subpar meal. It's just ridiculous.

Great lunch with young people who are important to me and my children. Who knew children had to ventilate as much as adults? They spoke and laughed and had a great time over their bowls of hot soup and Mac and cheese. I sat back and listened, laughed and consulted, if necessary, while I enjoy my Mexican street corn-chowder.

Our visit here was mediocre at best. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was ok. The hot chocolate was awful, bitter, and did not taste like hot chocolate. They also no longer have the marshmallows with the chocolate chips in them. They remade my hot chocolate and it was much better the second time, but still watery. At least it had some flavor. We also ordered sesame and cinnamon crunch bagels to go. They are ok but do not have much flavor. Please bring the marshmallows back!!!
