フィードバックを提供するI had an experience at Moe's that left much to be desired. One of the staff members seemed quite out of it, and I received the smallest portion I've ever seen at any Moe's location. To top it off, there was a TV cable just hanging down inside the restaurant, which was quite unsettling. The overall procedure did not seem to be followed properly. The person taking my order was confused about what I had requested, and he didn't seem to remember any of the last three orders either. I really wonder why they would put someone who appeared to be high at the front, making it easy for him to forget essential details about customers' orders.
I had high hopes for this place because my friends rave about it, but I was greatly disappointed. I ordered lunch and got two hard tacos and a soft one. Instead, I received three hard tacos, and only one of them was edible. One taco was shaped like a hard bowl, and the other two were so messy that I couldn't eat them. The only positive was the free chips, which I ended up using to scoop out the filling from my tacos. I don't think I'll be returning for tacos anytime soon.
Moe's is our go-to spot for burritos! The fresh salsa bar is back, offering three delicious options. I'm looking forward to the return of the aguas frescas and other salsa varieties soon!
We ordered via the website, you decided to use DoorDash. That never arrived and they were no help. Manager was very dismissed and not helpful, despite us spending and losing over $200 worth of food. We wanted to work with DoorDash, DoorDash said it was absolutely a Moes problem. Do NOT use this location.
This is the worst Moe?s location, which is disappointing because the next closest one is 20 minutes. However, it?s worth the drive if you have a craving, because this Moe?s is far from what should be expected from Moe?s. The manager is extremely rude. We placed an online order and it wasn?t there when it was supposed to be. When asked about it, he had a huge attitude and refused to assist. This isn?t the first time we?ve had issues here. Their online order system is always down (conveniently when Moe?s is having an offer or special coincidence? Probably not, considering the owner acts as if you?re robbing money straight from his pockets when you use your rewards or offers). The restaurant can be unclean at times and the staff is constantly changing. You definitely aren?t getting welcomed to Moe?s here. It?s a shame that franchise owners don?t have to go through some kind of training in customer service. Apparently since he?s the franchise owner, corporate won?t do anything about how he runs the location, which seems weird. I guess cleanliness and friendliness aren?t high on their list. I?d avoid this location if you can and go to the further one.
