フィードバックを提供するAs of today, La Vita's Pizzeria on Main St has officially lost a customer. It's crucial to prioritize customer service! The fact that I'm a regular makes this even more disappointing. Please train your front staff on how to communicate with paying customers properly.
The employee at the cash register was quite impolite and lacking in any courtesy.
The pizza here is fantastic, and the ambiance is wonderful. I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area.
The pizza was definitely the highlight of my visit. However, the service was quite slow, despite there being no one else in line ahead of me. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, as it became increasingly warm while we ate. It’s tough for a small restaurant on Main Street to manage when the temperature hits 90°F; they really need to ensure their air conditioning is operational. The cleanliness could also use some improvement—tables needed wiping, and the floors could have been swept. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. It’s just average. If you’re hungry, it will fulfill your needs. As for parking, I recommend using the back lot.
This restaurant used to be excellent, but unfortunately, it has declined significantly in recent months. The staff seems to lack attention to detail and often fail to listen to customers. They've also stopped using Amorosa rolls, which makes a big difference in quality. The pizza has become just average at best.
