Whataburger - Moore

Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru to not get all of my food, when I called and talked to Candice she insured me that I would get the meal for free when I come back, fast forward to me coming back just to wait in line for 30 MINUTES again to have to pay for my food!!! Horrible customer

The hamburgers and fries used to be fresh but on my last 2 visits, they were not. My hamburger was barely warm and fries were room temperature.

Even if you specifically ask for your meal to be made fresh they will lie to your face and serve you cold

Ordered #13, thinking this location would be different then the one in norman but is the same. chicken sizes little and cold, fries soggy and over salted, gravy thrown in there it was less then it usually is. waited so long in line and food was just not worth it.

Love the food, however every time I come here I wait in line for at least 30minutes. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not, they take absolutely forever and it is ridiculous.
