We typically frequent Pings, but today he seated us at a table and suggested the most authentic dim sum we have ever tasted. Ping is the most personable business owner that my husband and I have encountered. He took the time to recommend dishes and share their history with us. He even personally assisted us in making the dishes. We highly recommend Pings with a rating of 100/10. You will not be disappointed.

The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent! This was my first time here, but I will definitely be coming back regularly for the best Chinese food in the area.

I have had high expectations for Ping and his food for about 25 years now. When I worked at the Mohegan, it was and still remains a popular spot for employees. Every time I ordered the pork fried rice, I found it to be above average, although not the best and not in my top 5 Chinese spots. It has always been solid and consistent. However, the last three times I have ordered takeout, the pork fried rice has been disappointing. It tasted bland and had an overwhelming amount of onions, completely changing the texture and flavor. While I understand that a kitchen can have a bad day once or twice, experiencing this three times in a row was frustrating and annoying. Additionally, on my last two visits around 2-3 o'clock when it was not very busy, Ping did not give me my change back. Despite it being only 84 cents, he seemed almost reluctant to give it to me when I asked. This was not the first time this has happened, as about 7 months prior, Ping also failed to give me my change and a receipt. Ping, I believe you are a nice man who has clearly been successful in your business. I salute your success, but I kindly ask that you work on being more consistent with the quality of your pork fried rice.

Horrible Service! I called for a take out order and the lady kept interrupting me which lead her to misunderstanding me when I asked for xtra bbq sauce for my 2 orders of spare ribs and she kept yelling at me over the phone that they only have one size. Unbelievable. Then I asked for extra wontons for my wonton soup and she said they don’t do that, it cost extra money which I’m fully aware of and I said that’s completely fine I’ll actually take 2 orders of that as well and again, the lady just had a horrible attitude. At that point I just said sorry for wasting your time I’m just going to cancel my order and call somewhere else.

I used to come here for dim-sum pre-pandemic era, now food tastes disastrously bad and I am not talking about being authentic Chinese food, I suspect previous chefs might have left this place. This place mostly relies on take-outs anyway, sad to see how this place have become from one of most recommended place for authentic dim-sum/Chinese restaurant to a one of those quick take-out place.
