Walked in to a nice, chill décor. R&B old school vibe. Food is good, portions are nice. Affordable, cozy and laid back. Celebrating 1 year in business in March. Gotta go check out the Open Mic happening on Monday Nights. Owner is cool. :

This place has a Carribean flavour to it on most nights I believe. I always visit on Mondays, from around 8pm onwards there is an excellent open-mic night featuring many talented musicians from in Montreal and visiting ones as well. The current bartender provides excellent service, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. On Monday night there are often food specials that can fill your belly for less than $10 which is pretty significant to me. I would recommend this place based purely on my Monday night experiences.

The vibes at this place are awesome! Dim lights, multiple seating arrangements and options, lovely wallpaper behind the bar which matches the greenery on the ceiling, and funky artwork on the walls to round out the lounge feeling. Staff was chill yet attentive. I had a Full Course prosecco drink which was very tasty. My only complaint is that the glass was too small lol. My guest had their raspberry/mint mojito which I tasted, very good as well. For apps, we shared their plantain plate, which comes with both sweet and green plantain, as well as the fish cakes. For dinner I had a new burger menu item... can 't remember what it 's called but it had cheese, bacon, plantain and a fried egg on top. It was divine! Came with fries. My guest had the jerk chicken stack, which was well-seasoned chicken breast stacked on a bed of mango salad! Absolutely nothing to complain about here and will definitely return!

Food is ok, my Mac cheese and oxtail was tasty but very little meat and most of it bone. Drinks are very much in point.
