フィードバックを提供するWe came here twice for brunch and were not disappointed! Fast service, funny waiters and delicious food at a reasonable price. Not too much of a wait during the weekend. We highly recommend the Benedict!
One of the great joys when traveling is finding little known places to dine and shop. While Montreal has many great restaurants through the city this is one of its little jewels. Don't expect anything fancy or over the top in terms of decor or the dining room. This is a small venue that is geared for the local families couples and friends who are wanting great food. The food and company is why one would go to Le Toaster. Go there on a weekend morning without an agenda and enjoy the meal. The folks working there are warm friendly and the food is great for the price.
Cute little place for breakfast near where we stayed over Christmas. My wife and son went here twice and I tagged along once. Food was ok, but a little bland. Funny, the 2 reviews I did just before from this trip, i was complaining that the food was too salty! I got a combo platter with waffle, poached eggs, potatoes and thought it was ok but not enough that I would return.
Very casual and small. My son ordered the French Toast sandwich - was perfection! The crepes were alright but the apples tasted off. Would go here again and try something else - good vibe
We stopped by on the Sunday of the middle of Quebec's construction vacation.This small restaurant was not full, but the two servers seemed overwhelmed: dropping glassware (not once, but twice), delivering orders to the wrong tables.We ordered the daily grilled cheese sandwich special. When our two orders arrived (and offered to the table next to us), whoops! one half of one the sandwiches slipped off the plate and landed on the floor.Apologies were offered and we were told that the kitchen would be advised and a new sandwich would be provided.The meals themselves were fine and more than copious.When the replacement sandwich came, it was a whole (not a half) sandwich. We took it in a doggy box.
