Gibbys Old Montreal

Running a restaurant today may be easy, but keeping it successful is a different challenge altogether. Not only is the steak amazing, but the service is exceptional as well. I remember my first visit to Gibbys like it was yesterday; the service was flawless. Ten years later, I found the same waiter, Edmond, still there and just as wonderful as ever. It's extremely rare to see restaurant staff stay at the same establishment for over 20 years, which speaks volumes about how well Gibbys treats its employees. Bravo to Gibbys for creating such a great environment! #bravo #gibbys

The food is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. While it is slightly pricey, it is definitely worth it. Just a heads up—if you’re over 5'10", watch your head!

The pickles are amazing as well as the rest of the food. The service was excellent, I will definitely come back next time I am in Montreal. I DEFINITELY recommend Gibbys!

First time in Montreal and the restaurant was great! One of the best steaks that I have had north of Texas! Try it, you will like it.
