Bistro Chez Roger - Montréal

I absolutely adored the salad! It was served on a wooden board, with a crispy texture and the best dressing. It tasted very fresh and I loved it. The calamari was also delicious, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the parking situation.

I have never enjoyed tartare as much as when it is made by Bistro Chez Roger. They use high-quality, fresh ingredients that complement each other perfectly.

The service was impeccable, with a European bistro ambiance.
