Pizza Hut - Monticello

Always try to eat here when at the Lake!! One of our favorite Pizza Huts!!!

Ordered carryout and when I got home we had wings and sauces missing. When I called and ask for them to be delivered they said they couldn’t because there’s a delivery fee. Really? You want to charge me a fee to correct your mistake? They did offer a credit but I’ll never waste my money here again so a credit is useless. The pan pizza we got was also not done. It was very doughy. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered delivery. They forgot my pepsi. Asked to have it removed from bill. Was told I could only get in store credit. Rather than being forced to go back to use the credit I requested it be delivered. Mountain dew was delivered instead of the Pepsi I requested.

Great wait staff, clean and food was perfect. Felt like a kid again sitting there eating pizza with my wife.

Staff very nice.. You could tell they were understaffed, but that didn't stop the staff from being helpful.
