I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes with no food, I decided to go inside to check on my order. They apologized and handed me my food five minutes later. Once I got to my truck, I realized they had messed up my burger. I went back inside to let them know, and they said they would fix it right away. After another 15 minutes, I finally received the correct burger. They were nice about the situation and even refunded me for the burger, but I just can’t believe I had to wait over 30 minutes for fast food. It’s unacceptable in my opinion. Everyone can have an off day, but this was just excessive.
