フィードバックを提供するI've stayed at the Courtyard several times and this spots real convenient. BUT (and there's nothing good comes after but) they continue to disappoint. Last time the bar maid felt she was way too good for the place. This time the bar guy was trying his best with way too many patrons while most of the staff stood around talking. After 20 min waiting I left. Face it, Chili's food isn't the greatest. The only leverage you have is service and this place continues to fail miseraby
The absolute worse. Food is never fresh. Customer service sucks. Avoid this establishment. Depending on how close you are to KOP that location is MUCH BETTER.
Gotta say I was really disappointed in my visit to this Chili 's. We were seated right away, which was about the only bright spot of the meal. My son wanted to order one of the specialty drinks on the kids menu, but was told they no longer sell the one he asked for, but he would still order the blue one if he wanted. About 10 minutes later, our waiter comes back and says they no longer sell any of those specialty drinks, so he would have to pick something else. My Dad and I shared the $20 meal for 2 and picked the fried cheese as our appetizer. Hey guess what? Turns out they don 't sell that anymore either! I just looked at our waiter and said So is there anything on this menu that you do still make? Our waiter was simply not good. It wasn 't his fault that items on the menu are no longer available, but it was his fault that I continually had to ask for refills and I was frustrated that we tried to flag him down several times only to be ignored. On top of that, the food was generally not good. My Mom had the shrimp tacos and there was so much pico de gallo sauce on it, that it was hard for her to eat and the tortilla just became soggy. I did not care for the taste of my bacon chicken quesadilla--several pieces had little in it and the tortilla was too crisp for my liking. Haven 't really enjoyed my last couple of visits to Chili 's (not all at this location), but this last visit may simply end up being my last.
I brought my 2 daughters to Chili's North Wales on 5/16 about 8pm and could not get seated. We walked in and nobody was waiting in front of us. We waited close to 10 minutes when someone finally rushed by us and said they would be with us soon and had to clean a table for us. I'm not sure why they said that as it looked like there were plenty of empty clean tables. We waited almost 10 more minutes and saw the same person on a phone in the back of the restaurant near the bar. After feeing like we were completely ignored we left disgusted and went across the street to Smokey Bones and were seated right away. I don't think we'll be back, there are way too many great choices in the area that actually care about their customers.
Clean restaurant, our table was nice and clean as well. Great service, our server was Tony who we had once before and who remembered us on this visit. Drinks came fast and refills were brought without asking. We started with the Texas fries and these were amazing, hot crisp fries, plentiful cheese, green onion sprinkled liberally and bacon crumbled on top. Two sides of ranch dressing for dipping were included and that was just the right amount for a full order. We had the fajitas, mine were all shrimp and the other was the chicken and beef combo. The fajitas toppings tower was good looking on the table, the ingredients were nice and fresh and there was sufficient toppings for our fajitas. The shrimp was done nicely, not overdone and with a little chili spice. The chicken and beef was enjoyed as well, devoid of fatty bits made for nice fajitas. The sizzling presentation is mouthwatering. The 're was a nice ratio of meat to green peppers/onions and this sizzling dish was more than enough for the tortillas you receive. There were 3 tortillas per diner and these were the only thing lacking in this meal. They do come covered in a holder and they came out with the toppings so they say for just a few minutes before the sizzling dish came out. They had already cooled and started to harden on the edges a little, still edible so we didn 't have then replaced but something to note for later, to ask for the tortillas to follow the meat dish and also to request an extra tortilla per dinner. We didn 't opt for dessert, that 's the one place that Chili 's really lacks is better dessert menu, a small simple sundae would be a nice addition. I find their standard desserts too rich. We visit Chili 's a couple of times a month and love the free appetizer with meal coupon we get via email. This is the best casual dining value out there.
