My dear, who steals my heart. The entire staff is always cheerful and smiling. They are excellent with my children and the restaurant is always impeccably clean.

I really enjoy Shipley's, but I wish they would stop putting my donuts in paper bags. What's the use of buying a donut with icing if all the icing ends up on the bag? I even requested for them to be put in a box, but they didn't listen. Now I have two donuts without any icing.

Missing incorrect items via drive through on multiple visits. Guess I’ll have to find a different location.
