フィードバックを提供するI had a problem with an order, but when I called the store and Raheema (the manager) was more than happy to help me with the problem that happened to the delivery. I would recommend this place to everyone in Montgomery about all pizza places only because of Raheemas help. Edit: I just finished my salad. A note to Reheema: I can never eat a salad again if you do it. I was the best salad I ever had. Thank you!
All employees are friendly and know me on the basis of the first name because I get pizza. The prices are low and the pizza, even the other food they create, is simply exquisite. This is the service and taste I look for in a restaurant of any kind.
I order Hungry Howies at least twice a week. I always love to order the Large Cheese Pizza with the butter garlic crust YUMM and I OVER LOVE THE CINNA-MMM BREAD ! Gives me life ! The delivery people are nice and the people inside are nice too. I've eaten inside howies twice and the food was ready fast ! I will continue to order HOWIES ALL THE TIMEEEEEEE !
I payed with my debit card and left a cash tip and put 0 and totaled out the debit card purchase. When I checked my bank statement, the employee, added her own tip on the debit card slip and crossed out my original total and put her own in. I went back to the store today to collect my $6 dollar tip she added and the employee and manager were very rude. In the end they had to call the owner, I recieved my money back. But last time I checked this was fraud! And I guarantee the employee will not be reprimanded!! Her comment to me was It 's only $6 dollars guess she didn 't realize it 's my $6 dollars she stole
This place is the least professional establishment I’ve ever dealt with. Waited over FOUR hours for my order!! Everyone thinks giving you the food free makes up for crappy service... NO! I’d rather be a paying customer who gets what I order on its estimated delivery time. Then when I got the pizza it looked like it had been dropped on the floor (I posted the picture . Guess it’s Dominos from now on- at least they have pizza insurance UPDATE: I did contact the store manager (very unprofessional herself.. she ended up texting me and the majority of it was emoji 's?! , so then I contacted the owner and he stated he would take care of it . I received a sincere apology for the experience and a credit for my next order. Soo I ordered the other day and the gentleman I talked to on the phone and the gentleman that delivered were exceptionally professional and kind... my order got to me when they stated it would be there.. not to mention my order was hot, delicious, and did not look like it was thrown on the floor! The females from the above listed review are hopefully not going to be making me go into the hANGRY stage anymore :
