Ledo Pizza - Montgomery Village

My husband and I are big fans of Ledo in Montgomery Village! The pizzas are incredibly fresh, featuring top-notch pepperoni and other quality ingredients. The restaurant is spotless, and the service is outstanding. We really enjoy the gyros, pizzas, pasta dishes, and a variety of other menu items. It's also a great place for families!

I visited Ledo's yesterday for a little dinner and ordered a gyro along with a small Caesar salad. The salad was tasty, but the gyro was a disappointment. The supposed beef and lamb looked like an old, overcooked piece of shoe leather – dry and tough. To make matters worse, there wasn't even any sauce on it. The entire gyro was a letdown. Whoever prepared it should be ashamed for serving something like that. This is not how you should treat customers! Next time, I’ll make sure to check my food before leaving.

The managers were informed and took the time to listen to my concerns. One of them, April, offered to reimburse me or find another solution to make things right, ensuring I left with a smile. She was incredibly friendly and it was a genuine pleasure to experience such high-quality customer service. April not only apologized but also provided practical solutions—something that rarely happens these days. It was refreshing to see a manager genuinely care for their customers. She even took the extra step of serving an elderly man after closing, who hadn’t complained at all. Mistakes happen, and I just want to publicly thank April for her attentiveness. By the way, the food was amazing as always!

We love Ledo? And we make it a point to get her pizza when we're in Montgomery Village, MD. Their thin crust is indeed LARGE and is large as remains. And her dayline Never Cut Corners always makes me smile about her rectangular pizza? Just one suggestion please add olives to your veggie pizza. It will make a great pizza perfect!

Trash location. She really answers the phone and hangs up. She blatantly hangs up on every customer that calls. She?s trash and I don?t give an eff if they are understaff. It is rude and inconsiderate. I will never come back to this location and I suggest no one else bother with these incompetent employees. The most disrespect I?ve ever seen from a restaurant staff. It?s pizza, it?s not that damn stressful.
