Beautiful atmosphere. Although the gastronomic option is buffet, the treatment and attention of the great staff. friendly and cordial. the view of the 25th floor great. highly recommended.

Gastronomy not according to a 5 star hotel. We went with a reservation of a group of 8 people, at no time did they clarify that tables could not be joined, and they placed a round table for 2 people. The view is excellent. The buffet of an Italian themed lunch left much to be desired, what one expects is minimal if it is Italian, a pasta station or more variety, since there was only pappardelle with seafood, the cold table could improve the quality and variety of the cold cuts, having cheeses of all kinds in Uruguay, only had 3 varieties, good raw ham, but both the cooked and loin of dubious origin. There was quiche lorraine and pascualina that have the same Italian as my Japanese: nothing. I must say that the salad of roasted pears, goat cheese and arugula very tasty. Focaccia and breads good. As for hot dishes, the overcooked entrecotte, the gremolata was not gremolata, the potatoes with garlic and parsley totally forgettable, totally dry chicken saltimboca and something unforgivable the mushroom risotto not only did not have carnaroli or arborio rice but it was white rice, and canned mushrooms, unacceptable! The eggplant parmigiana could use some improvement. The desserts are a separate chapter, they are not good, a lot of cream or jelly, although they are colorful, they are not of the quality that one expects, on the side a sad apple fruit salad, some strawberries and hopefully a piece of peach (in syrup … When asking for coffee they do not bring you the classic and expected glass of water that accompanies it, and when requesting it we were told that they did not know if they could bring it. The attention is nothing remarkable, in some cases with strange faces and ill-treatment how angry for requesting, for example, a glass of water or paying with 2 cards. I understand that the billing system is archaic, but I don't show it to the diner. Fuimos previa reserva un grupo de 8 personas, en ningún momento aclararon que no se podían juntar mesas, y colocaron una mesa redonda para 2 personas. La vista es excelente. El buffet de un almuerzo temático italiano dejaba mucho que desear, lo que uno espera es mínimo si es italiano, una estación de pastas o mas variedad, pues había solo pappardelle con frutos del mar, la mesa de frios podrían mejorar la calidad y variedad de los fiambres, habiendo en Uruguay quesos de todo tipo, sólo tenian 3 variedades, buen jamón crudo, pero tanto el cocido y lomito de dudosa procedencia. Había quiche lorraine y pascualina que de italiano tienen lo mismo que yo de japonés: nada. Debo decir que la ensalada de peras asadas, queso de cabra y rúcula muy rica. Focaccia y panes bien. En cuanto a platos calientes, el entrecotte demasiado cocido, la gremolata no era gremolata, las papas con ajo y perejil totalmente olvidables, saltimboca de pollo totalmente seco y algo imperdonable el risotto de hongos no sólo no tenía ni arroz carnaroli ni arborio sino que era arroz blanco, y champignones de lata, inaceptable! La parmigiana de berenjena podría mejorar. Los postres capítulo aparte, no son buenos, mucha crema o gelatina, si bien son vistosos, no son de la calidad que uno espera, al costado una triste ensalada de frutas de manzanas, algunas frutillas y con suerte algún trozo de durazno (en almibar… Al pedir café no te traen el clásico y esperado vasito de agua que acompaña, y al solicitarlos se nos indicó que que no sabían si podían traer. La atención nada destacable, en algunos casos con caras raras y malos tratos cómo de enojo por solicitar por ejemplo el vaso de agua o bien pagar con 2 tarjetas. Entiendo que el sistema de facturación es arcaico, pero no demostrarlo al comensal. No volvería, mas para haber gastado por 8 personas unos $13.090

Excelente comida y servicio. el personal es muy atento y amable. impresionante las vistas. cumplen con los protocolos.
