Nuovo Eden - MONTEROSSO AL MARE

We received a very unpleasant behaviour from the staff at the entrance that don’t communicate with her colleagues about orders. The staff was very rude and we would not recommend this restaurant in Monterosso.

Lovely views and reasonable prices for food however gluten free options were very limited. I ordered a GF lasagne that came out in plastic packaging that was difficult to open. Very bland but edible. Disappointing that my packaged frozen meal was more expensive than my friends pasta. I usually expect GF to be more expensive but not when it’s a microwave meal. Not ideal place for coeliacs but I did enjoy the view.

Until eating there we had thought Italian food can never be bad... The mussels looked already strange when served, but the mash (think this should had been the meat of the mussels inside the shell was really awful. The melon was a honeymelon no doubt but super hard (although it 's now the perfect season! and without taste. The ham was indeed the best of the whole dinner. Go there for a drink, but better leave for dinner to any other place: we envied the young people sitting on benches and eating take away pizza from some other place...

Siamo arrivati a circa 19, il posto era quasi pieno, nonostante questo la cameriera ci ha accolti con molta grazia e ha preso quasi subito l'ordinazione. Abbiamo preso 2 aperitivi e siamo stati molto felici perché come spritz hanno anche avuto abbraccio con il liquore santo germain, che non troviamo da nessuna parte. per il bambino abbiamo preso una bella tazza di gelato e siamo stati molto felici perché l'aperitivo è stato accompagnato anche da qualche antipasto e la tazza di gelato del bambino era davvero piena di fragole e mirtilli con un buon gelato . siamo stati molto felici con il nostro aperitivo spuntino. la vista sul mare di monterosso è davvero meravigliosa e i prezzi sono nella norma. il posto non è super lusso ma bello e bello, e per un aperitivo dopo una giornata al mare è perfetto. così lo consiglio a tutti

Gelateria con fila ogni volta che passo, poche gole per intolleranti al lattosio (frutta e angurie). il biscotto non è nella padella delle stelle (io sono illusa a vedere l'immagine), ma buona presentazione dei coni e servizio veloce
