Starbucks - Monterey

Great Starbucks but it is too small unfortunately. Only a small corner area for seating inside. Lots of outdoor seating but weather isn’t so great, so it’s a little backwards…Parking: It’s halfway down the length of a busy mall, at the busiest entrance. It’s rare I can park close to this Starbucks. It’s more convenient to visit when you’re doing other stuff at the mall. I only stop here to pick up something quick if it’s early morning or late evening, when the mall is much less busy, if at all, and I can actually park near Starbucks for a change

Slow service long lines. Places is a mess. Countertops are dirty. The bathroom is unappealing at all. My coffee drink was bitter, not tasty at all. Hope it better next time.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. Kids running it and busy chatting with their friends. At least the Baristas had smiles on their faces because the customers sure did not.

Slow service even if you order ahead in the morning. Doesn't ask anyone thats standing around what was their order even if you've been standing there for about 5-10 min waiting for your mobile order.

I was at the mall today and figured I would come here for my afternoon coffee. The coffee was hot and the barrista was friendly. There was a wait of about 3 minutes, which is totally u derstandable at a busy location like this one. They were out of milk,unfortunately at the coffee bar. I was going to flag down a barrista to get more but they were all very busy and I didn't want to bother them. I would come back here again if I was at the mall.
