La Pergola - MONTE SAN BIAGIO

This is my favorite restaurant in Italy...starting with home made pasta and gnocchi...followed by vegetables of the season I got to know 'cicoria ' which was a delight to me)...topped with the best bisteca ever...not to mention the pizza, which is only served in the evening...sadly there is never enough room for a dessert

The pappardelle with wild boar ragu’ were unbelievable,cooked to perfection steak and the monticellane local sausage a gastronomic delight and not to forget the light and tastiest tiramisu’ bar none anywhere service that was unsurpassed and friendliest owner I have ever encountered and last,prices that would be less then half in the states, simply the best dining experience.

Cozy and comfortable. friendly staff, really great meat, the pergola and the small playground allow moments of relaxation!

Great restaurant, friendly staff. the pergola makes the environment where to eat very nice. delicious appetizers very various and abundant, the products are fresh and local. excellent grilled meat, to try absolutely the sausage typical of the exquisite place. Good pizza and before. there is also a small playground where children can play.
