Fougasse Monégasque - Monte-Carlo

The monegasque does not have a gastronomy very different from the French, but it does have a specialty: the monégasca fougasse. These pastas made with flavor mass, covered with sugar-covered anise seeds, know how the car sac in the treatment. It bears the red and white colors of the monaco flag, and at another time it was considered the dessert of the poor.
