Red Lobster - Montclair

My server was wonderful and very attentive, and the chefs did an excellent job—everything was cooked to perfection. However, I did have one complaint: there was an extremely rude person seated next to me. They seemed to have a problem with their server, and the children at their table were also unruly. Their treatment of the staff was unacceptable. The saying "one bad apple can spoil the bunch" really couldn't be more fitting in this situation. I feel sorry for the server and host who had to deal with that.

The service was excellent, but the flavors missed the mark during my visit. The clam chowder was watery and lacked flavor, while the shrimp scampi was overly salty, and even the cookies were saltier than usual. However, the lobster tail and langostino seafood artichoke dip were outstanding. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it could have been exceptional. I'll give it another shot next time.

This was a surprise dinner from my hisband and we have nm ot been in a very long time to Red Lobster. The menu has been revamped adding some new items and daily specials and some other items have been removed. I opted for the Wednesday Daily Special Steak Lobster with 2 sides...mine were baked potato and a side salad (cheese, tomatoes, and croutons included). Hisband order the Shrimp Linguine and said it was delicious. Our server Katherine with a K was a pleasure and I would hire her! She helped us with the electronic pay thing where we discovered we had 3 rewards! 2 soft drinks and my birthday desert...sweeet! Chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Yum

Don't wait. Our server was great. The food was delicious. My favorite grilled salmon, Lobster and Shrimp. Deliciousness
