The service at this restaurant needs major improvement; they are consistently out of items. Additionally, it takes an excessive 15 minutes just to prepare a single coffee.
This is a clean Dunkin' location. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and disorganized. I waited an hour for a sandwich, only to be handed a half-finished one because I mentioned I had a class. If they can't manage their operation better, they shouldn't be in business. They don't even deserve 1 star.
Order was mixed up, but normally good service.
