Chipotle Mexican Grill - Montclair

From my experience most of the Chipotles are good but the one next to the Montclair plaza is horible. They were out if chicken and regular meat and were worry about the guacamole being out instead of refilling the meat. You can even see the meat andchicken on cutting bored getting cold but they were not cutting it. They also grabbed chips for kids chip bags out of theregular chip bags they then gave us the regular chip bag with about 20-28 chips and refused to give us a new one. There seatingarea also smelt like the bathroom. Also most of the inside seats were dirty and they did not empty there trash cans trash wasfalling out of them????????. They were also very messy drink area was very wet and food had other food like corn and onions andother stuff in them.the last thing is they go super slow on filling up your bowl or burrito I also stated that I want chips anda drink more than about 7 times. I would not recommend you going here since they are very bad and slow. This is what myexperience is at least.

Ice cold chewy steak. Super rude employees. They have either messed up my order or forgotten items from my order every single time

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. They were out of carnitas, guacamole, lettuce, and cheese. When I asked about it, they said it was because they close at 10 PM, but it was only 9:15! Even with all these missing items, I still had to pay full price. Very frustrating.

Terrible experience! My food was cold, and to make matters worse, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. After just two bites, I had to throw it away.

The food was up to the usual good standard, but the customer service left much to be desired. The server was quite stingy with portion sizes compared to previous visits at other locations, and seemed annoyed when I asked for more. When serving anything liquid, it ended up spilling everywhere, and the bowls were quite messy on the outside. The cashier had an unpleasant attitude, as if she was doing me a favor. I almost had to reach behind the counter to get my meal and cup. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing, with rice on the tables, trash on the floor, and food scattered all over the containers behind the counter. I’ve never had issues like this before; perhaps it’s just the crew or different management since my last visit.
