Red Lobster Montclair

We had the best most energetic attentive waitress. I wish I knew her name but she really was Amazing! Food was good to. We were seated accordingly with our reservation.

We enjoyed the lobster special. Move back inside, eating in the parking lot is abhorrent.

Food arrived before the salads..... then only two of the three salads were delivered. The third salad was delivered after the meal was eaten. Drinks were not refilled. We had trouble getting boxes to take food home. The server suggested he give us a receipt for the rewards because I couldn’t log in ..... and suggested I didn’t want to fill out the survey anyway. The reward receipt didn’t scan... saying it was already used. Overall, this is not the type of experience we usually have at this location.

Celebrating a birthday. We waited 20 minutes before we finally flagged down a server. Lobster and crab legs came out without butter...after waiting to see our server finally asked for butter at the bar. Meals came out and somehow the two kids meals didn’t come out. Needless to say it was a Shitshow...

Very busy. We waited for half hour although we made an appointment.
