Located just outside Montalcino's historical centre with a lovely outdoor seating in the park opposite to the bar. Food and drinks are affordable, at least much cheapoer than the bars and restaurants in the old center. Service is good.

Great little place to have coffee under the tree. Or a wonderful pastry take away. Charming shop with great wine selection.

Breakfast Saturday outside: 2 cappuccinos, 1 croissant, 1 panini: 7€. 2 juices 3€. Breakfast Sunday outside: 2 cappuccinos, 1 croissant, 1 piece of cake: 10€. 1 juice: 2,5€. What was different? The waitress. She thought we were tourists. She even told me that she didn 't know that I lived in Montalcino . Pity, since we live nearby and would love to have breakfast there in the weekends, but won 't be back there at this point. Advice for the tourists: choose another place.

It's difficult to find a plain old bar/cafe in Montalcino amid all the enotecas, so we were pleased to find this place, with tables under the trees in the garden opposite. Our order wasn't complicated two beers and a shared salad but it became clear that the sole waitress was rushed off her feet and we had a long wait for our drinks. But it's a great spot for people watching, so time passed quickly, and prices were very reasonable.
