Starbucks - Monrovia

This place was usually good. However it looks like they hired two younger girls for the night shift and it’s been horrible the past 3 times. They cut you off before you’re done ordering any drink by saying “anything else” halfway through your sentence. Add some add ons which charge you more. Then they cannot even get the order right. I bought 4 drinks today and all of them were completely wrong. The grande hot chocolate was half empty And a venti drink (soy milk-matcha latte) I bought was not even close to being full. It was close to half empty and the worst part is they added regular milk when requesting soy in all of them so everything went to the trash.

Always great service!!! The place is very well maintained and the staff very Friendly ??

01/27/24 I was in the drive thru this morning, I ordered the same drink I get from other locations, not only did they overcharge me, they got the order wrong and when I requested they redo it, I overheard the employees complaining and glaring at me.5 minutes later the cashier handed me the remade drink with clotted milk floating inside!!!I opened the lid to smell expired milk was used on their second attempt to make a simple iced shaken espresso.It tasted awful and was clearly rancid.This is a major health hazard!I tossed out the drink and will not return to this location.Worst Starbucks service. Do better.

I really like the vanilla bean frappe and a warm butter croissant. I like go through the drive inParking: You don’t have to pay parking for Starbucks.

One of the fastest Starbucks I know of. It may seem like they're never busy because of the lack of line but it's more like they're so darn fast that they never let a line even get the idea of forming. Well done at this location.
