Mcdonald's - Monrovia

On occasion I like to grab a McDonald's Filet-O-Fish and today was one of those days. Let me recommend adding pickles if you are a fan of pickles and the McD's fish sandwich. Now I'll address the three star review. The fish sandwich was $5.19 and another$0.49 for the pickles (upsell for pickles? . This is just too much for such a basic sandwich (especially when comparing to thevalue menu . I guess I'll get a double cheeseburger next time and wait for lent to roll around again before getting another fishsandwich.

I was there last night, order Ranch with the grand son happy meal, the lemonade tasted like water with some sugar, after standing for a wile in the drive trough, they offer another lemonade, but was the same, the girl at the window ask the managerto change the syrup on the machine, but he refused saying that the lemonade was fine,, after that grand son realized ther was norach in his happy meal, another 5 min. Standing on line. Not coming back, wile I was there waiting another customer came back todo the same thing get on line to have his order fix. I am Not coming back to this one.

When I reached the payment window, the woman barely acknowledged me as she opened the window, simply repeating the total while extending her hand for payment without looking at me. She carelessly handed my card back, almost letting it fall onto the ground outside my car. Then, while handing me the food, she sort of tossed it into my hands, making it difficult for me to steady the drinks. There were no pleasantries—no “thank you” or any kind of friendly closing. Before driving off, I checked the bags to make sure everything was there, but I was shocked by the lack of customer service. It was truly surprising. When my kids opened their Happy Meals, the burgers were cold and a bit hard around the edges. The fries were hot, but the small containers only had five fries in one and six in the other—I actually counted them. It was quite pathetic. I understand that many places are short-staffed these days, especially in the food industry, but this experience was just unacceptable.

This is a charming neighborhood bar. I attended a performance by Honest Family Outlaws, Tiger Kid, and Morning Sun, and all the bands were fantastic. The in-house sound technician did an outstanding job. The drink prices are also quite reasonable.

The location of this McDonald's is excellent. However, during our evening visit for dinner, the staff was quite slow and made us wait for a long time. I want to emphasize a particularly frustrating experience I had. Last week, I stopped by at midnight, and when I approached the counter, no one paid attention to me. I waited nearly 10 minutes without any response from the staff.
