Sandwich King - Monroe

The service was good with friendly and attentive staff, but the atmosphere was awful. The inside was dirty and dingy, with a trashy talk show playing. The food was very disappointing. I wasn't even sure if the restaurant was part of a chain or a local business, but it had good reviews. My husband's burger was bland and boring, while my sandwich was also bland with overcooked eggs and dry, flavorless bread. The overall experience was depressing, leaving us feeling drained and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant or consider returning.

If you're looking for an authentic egg sandwich on a deliciously soft Kaiser Roll, this is the place to go. I have a feeling that the other menu options won't disappoint either.

Food and sides are great, mozzarella sticks, curly fries and the burgers! Everything is delicious

I called in with an order and had to explain what I wanted which is on their menu. So I made this call at 144pm called then called back less than 2 minutes and they said my order was done so I explained again and then they somewhat understood. So I got there in 5 mins w the menu and arguing with me if you don’t understand know your menu and ask this or that so “I didn’t say hot Virginia ham with butter sauce so now they want to charge me more an the wife’s owner says you owe us a $1!!!!!!! Really you confused my order!!!!!! I can go on!!!!!! I’ve been going there for a couple of months never had a problem but the guy that owns the place was yelling at me saying he made 2 sandwiches it wasn’t my fault it was your staff and not that miscommunication which could have be settled easily until they say you owe a dollar more really?!?!?!?!? And the aggressive in the male owner was scary!!!!!!!! You don’t treat customers like that settle it it was a miscommunication no need to be hostile over a dollar. He was very unprofessional aggressive and seen hostile to women no need for that. It was a miscommunication. Kid-friendliness: Thank goodness I didn’t bring my niece nor nephew. The owner/male supervisor was not nice at all.
