Paesano's Coffee Cafe Lake Tye - Monroe

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent and I especially enjoy the vegan breakfast burrito with homemade chipotle salsa! However, I have noticed that the staff seem to be consistently in a bad mood, which makes me hesitant to visit frequently. Despite this, I did have a pleasant interaction during the 10 times I have been there (and the person was incredibly friendly.) I value positive vibes and a relaxed atmosphere, so I hope the owners will address this issue and focus on improving the overall energy of their business.

I have visited this restaurant a few times since my son attends preschool on the same street and the coffee has always been good. However, the service today was disappointing. We all have bad days, but when I inquired about why the price of the scone was higher than what was listed on the board, the server simply stated, "oh, that's because our prices are not updated, we will be getting new boards soon." She did not even attempt to apologize and seemed more bothered by having to inform me. I understand that prices may change, which is fine, but when questioning why my bill is more than expected, I expect a better response than a dismissive answer.

The coffee was delicious but could have been hotter. It was on the pricey side.

Vista clara is so good coffee beans they use for their drinks. I have a big sac of de cafe for $14.00?

The girls are so sweet! Went to Hwy 2, and got the best Lotus I've ever had. The Santa Fe is excellent too! Definitely going there instead of Starbucks now:D!
