Mcdonald's - Monroe

Service was not great the manager that was on duty at the time was cussing at the employees in front of customers and children the other employees acted like they didn't care about their jobs and was on their phones while trying to take a order

The service was bad, but the food was great so overall it's alright.

Extremely slow. Mixed up orders ahead of me. One employee walked to the counter handed to bag to one customer and walked off while the customers we trying to ask and tell her it was a different customers food. She was in la la land in her head.

I’ve been here three mornings this week, and every time the staff has been SO FRIENDLY the drive thru fast! Particularly one of the female managers had my mobile order to me with a smile in about a minute. Great location! I will keep coming to this one!

My main place to go for a quick bite; the workers are nice, but sometimes it takes a little while to get my food. I come here often (the Mobile App makes it so much better) and the food is always good.
