Franklin Court Grille - Monroe

We ordered to go and were very pleased with the service and the food. I placed the order at about 1:30 on a Saturday and it was very busy, regardless we still received our food in a timely matter. Everything was hot and made fresh. We got the Carolina club, Reuben, and chicken strips. The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to talk to. This was our first experience coming to the Franklin Grill and it won’t be the last. Amending to give an update had an excellent lunch with great service. Food is so good, y’all. I hope you support this local business. We stopped for lunch around 12:30 on a Thursday; it was moderately busy inside the restaurant, but it was a nice day and they had several diners outside on the patio. When we walked in we weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves there was no one to greet us and no signage, so we walked to the back where there appeared to be a hub of employees and were promptly seated. To be fair, I realize it was prime lunchtime and we did notice during the rest of the time we were there that other patrons were being greeted upon entry. As far as the food it was very, very good. My Cuban was absolutely delicious, and it came with house made potato chips, which I’m normally not a huge fan of. However, they came with a side of freshly made ranch for dipping and good grief, that was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. It’s a little less ranchy, a little more garlicky and loaded with fresh dill which was amazing. My partner had the shaved steak sandwich and while tasty, it was a bit too cumbersome and messy to actually pick up and eat (not the worst problem in the world). We had a delicious dinner tonight! it was a little busy, but we were greeted and sat right away. our server sam was wonderful and has not missed a beat. the food took a bit, but the first bite was worth it. the food was delivered fresh and as ordered. we will definitely come back!
