Church's Chicken - Monroe

Best chicken hot and fresh. Staff was real nice and helpful. Big fan of the 3 for 3. Luv the strips but they are usually to pricey for me. Wish they had coupons for strip dinners. Fried okra is so so good. The new mac&cheese is not bad either. Dinning room was clean.

The chicken was fresh good and crispy but I feel it lacked flavor it needed some seasoning for taste that's my only gripe

The fried chicken was good and the service was fast. The building is in very poor condition, good thing only drive through was open.

They did not give me any ice, the cup had black spots all over it, and they served me the wrong dish.

I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order and found the lobby door unlocked with all the lights on. However, I was told that they had closed at 10, which was well before the customer could have placed their order.
