フィードバックを提供するI used the BK app at this location and it was a disappointing experience. The staff clearly doesn't understand how the app works, which made things frustrating. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and there were flies buzzing around. If there was an issue with my order or if I asked for a refund, they made it seem like a problem. The wait time was also quite long, regardless of how busy the place was. The phone hadn't been working, likely because they were trying to avoid handling complaints. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
The bank was very polite and efficient. Even if my big ones changed their thoughts a few times, they never missed a beat. eating was fresh and hot.
I received the wrong order and didn't get a response when I called five times. This is a sign of poor customer service.
This place is terrible! I wish I could give it a negative rating! I placed an order through the app, and they still messed it up! They don’t answer the phone and are rude when you try to get the order fixed.
Drive thru was a bit slow.Staff was decent, not super friendly. But maybe it'd been along day for them. I got there right before the rush of lunch hour. Once that started they were backed up all the way around the building back to the highway.Food was freshly cooked hot!
