フィードバックを提供するGreat food, but the workers have committed crimes against humanity in the drive through the line. Very dissatisfied?????????????????????
The person who took my order over the phone was prompt and informed me that the delivery driver was already on the way, which could take up to 40 minutes. To my surprise, just 20 minutes later, my order arrived! Not only was the delivery impressively quick, but everything was correct, and the driver was very friendly. I have no complaints about the excellent service. As for the food, I rated it four stars. It was tasty, but not extraordinary; however, the service was fantastic, and I really appreciate the driver in the Acura for such a speedy delivery. While 40 minutes would have been acceptable, the 20-minute wait made my experience much more enjoyable. I ordered the chicken bacon club, and it was good. I'll definitely order from here again, and I'll probably try the Italian next time.
I had the worst experience at Milio's that I've ever had. Normally, they are fantastic, and the sandwiches are consistently good. I ordered the tuna sandwich, and my husband had the Godfather. We requested spinach instead of salad, but what we received was a pile of wilted and flimsy spinach. Instead of a hearty serving, we found just a single slice of meat and a piece of cheese buried under all that spinach. The tuna sandwich had barely two tablespoons of tuna salad on the entire sandwich—barely enough to taste. This is not the Milio's I know and love, and I'm sure I won't be returning.
I ordered the Milio's Classic sandwich, which had a slice of ham and a slice of turkey, making it quite flat. You also forgot the peppers. I'm giving it 2 stars because the bread was very tasty. However, I probably won't return, as there are too many other options that offer better value for my money.
I used to enjoy Milio's, but I wouldn't go back after my last experience. Nothing was made correctly. It's actually like they made it bad on purpose. Sloppy mess. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy Johns across the street.
