フィードバックを提供するI find the products at my local kroger (westlake, hardy va) is constantly substandard and I always have to sort through to throw the rotten things before I put it in my refrigerator as soon as I buy home from the store.
I have had several negative experiences with the Westlake Kroger, but one incident in particular prompted me to write this review. My family had custom steaks cut for a special celebration meal, but when we arrived home, over 30 minutes away, we realized that our steaks had not been included in the food bags with the rest of our items. We contacted the store manager, who only offered a half-hearted apology and a gift card. It seems that Westlake Kroger could benefit from some nearby competition to improve their customer service. I will be shopping at Food Lion or local butcher shops from now on.

My husband had an incident there early June where an employee hit him in the head with a case and he had to go to emergency room. There has been no contact from Kroger, no empathy, nothing. We tell everyone we meet how horrible that store has become and advise tourist to not shop there.
I shopped using Kroger clicklist and several things that I ordered was not available. I was sent an email informing me of this and told I would not have to pay for these items. The money was taken out of my account immediately upon clicking my order. I have never received a refund from the items that was not available for purchase. You can take my money immediately when I order something but as soon as something is not available I cannot get my money back. I feel sure if I we
