Greeted by delightful owners, two sisters, this is a very relaxed place with great ambiance. Ideal for an early evening aperitif it is situated in the heart of the pedestrianised shopping zone and next to the B B La Torre. Close to all local restaurants and the funicular railway. Nice place to stop and relax. Only open 12 mths- good luck to you both.

Having just arrived in Monrovia for a 48 hour break the first bar we came upon was the Regis Vino E Caffe and what a good choice it was, made all the better by the amazing welcome we received. The interior is modern and inviting with additional outdoor seating on a pedestrian street where you can sit unhurried and watch the world go by. It has only been open 6 months but is professionally run by a friendly owner management team consisting of two sisters. This defiantly should be on your list to try next time you are passing well done I look forward to my next visit.
