Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Last two times has been horrible. I am not sure what is happening but hardly anyone works here. I was told today I couldn't eat inside because they had only 2 employees. My last visit the chicken was almost inedible. I used to like Popeyes but maybe not much now. This is a new restaurant and the owners should get out of the business. It deserves less than one star.

The reason why I'm giving a star is the food was ok. The service is HORRIBLE. The young lady with the blonde dreads is really RUDE. After I received my food I forgot the honey and jelly- so I went back to drive through and she was helping the car I'm front of me and when I got to the window she walked away. I saw another young lady and waved and she helped me. Maybe she NEEDS to get some training from ChicFilA employees.

It?s Popeyes. What you see is what you get. Chicken was hot and good which was unexpected because we arrived close to closing time. The fries were hard though. The staff was actually nice which I generally don?t experience at Popeyes.

Was ordering food at the speaker the representative was busy talking to people in the background and misread our order we tried to get her attention several times by telling her the order was wrong and she never responded. We pulled up to the window and said we would just have her to fix it at the window when we got to the window there was a woman with dreads and crooked teeth telling us she couldn?t do anything about the order being wrong bc the ?line was too long? while smiling (which is something she shouldn?t do she wanted us to get back in line after waiting only God knows how many minutes to redo the order bc she wasn?t listening. This was by far the worst customer service I?ve ever had/seen in my 28 years of living! Please train her on customer service please

We made a online order,which we went through the drive through to pick up. Had one person in front of us which we waiting about 10 minutes behind for them to get their food. We pull up to the window for two sandwiches and two fries with a drink and they tell us to pull forward to wait for our food. After waiting forever for them to bring it out they didn?t even give us the full order causing us to go back inside and get the rest of it. DO NOT waste your time here or anywhere in moncks corner for that matter. Just take the few extra minutes and go to goose creek the time you?ll spend driving there to get your food correctly is the same amount of time you?ll wait anywhere in moncks to get it incorrectly. ???????
