Subway - Monash

Every Tuesday after school pick up, l take our granddaughter to Subway on our way home for her once a week treat. The staff who serve us don't seam to cheery but try to serve their customers quickly which is good when it's cold outside and you just want to get home.

Not the best and not the worst subway ive had. good location though near hungry jacks and mcdonalds.

Me & my husband had two bad experiences with this Subway. First time, the chicken in the sandwich was just too old and it was shredding in to pieces and was soggy. Had to throw the sandwich away as we didn't want to get sick. The next time I went in asked for a coffee and the staff looked at each other and said they don't know how to make a coffee. Worst customer service and the place always looks filthy.

Honestly don't know why I keep going to this Subway! Possibly because it's the only one on the way back from the gym.... But everytime I go I just want to slap the miserable sour faced Asian women that give you no customer service what so ever. Never have I ever experience I polite sandwich handler in this shop! They don't deserve all the business they receive!

What a great place to go and meet very friendly staff and at the same time order a fantastic subway meal that is healthy and great tasting and full of flavor,spotless, well layed out and plenty of parking, doug from dingley village
