Macfisheries - MONA VALE

Have owned a Seafood W/Sale Retail for the best part of 13 yrs and on a recent road trip from Queensland, we happened to drop in on this place, which I last visited 10 yrs ago. Face has changed with Tony at the helm and I did compliment him at the time, on his quick service, the quality of his product, and the value for money. Got to say, this has got to be the cleanest, freshest, Seafood business that I have had the pleasure of walking into. Well done Tony. Cheers Lee and Evert.

Unlike many other places we have tried on the peninsula, this place served very nice fish and chips. Often it is one or the other.

Great chips, calamari slightly over cooked but still tender. busy tike so must be serving fresh food

We were eleven people, almost all of whom wanted something different. However, despite the queue the orders were swiftly taken and correctly delivered a few minutes later. The Thai grilled fish was very popular, as was the crumbed, and battered fish.There is a wide selection of fish and other seafood.Highly recommended.

Fish was battered, way too much batter, however, fish was quite nice inside. Would probably get grilled fish next time. Chips were pretty good. Ordered dim sims and didn't expect them to come out battered, the batter was again way too thick, not properly cooked in places and to be honest, pretty unappetising. Won't rush back
