Burger King - Momence

This restaurant is a mess. They keep messing up orders and the wait times are way too long. It seems like they can't get anything right.

I have tried to eat at this restaurant for the past 5 nights, from Sunday to Wednesday, but no one was available to take my order. It would be appreciated if there was staff working during these times.

Do not waste your time and money here. I waited 15 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and incorrect.

This was my first trip to a burger king in over 2 decades and I tell them that the woman working there tonight was a loan to the whole company! I wish I got her name. she had a positive attitude, suggested tasty eating (the spicy ch’king deluxe sandwich), and shared that she and her man really enjoyed the hershey cake. man and I decided we should try. both are far beyond what I would have expected from an almost food estate. there was a young man who made our food and he did his job to a t. our sandwiches were perfectly cooked, symmetrical, and the sauce was evenly distributed. 5 stars all around!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. I was in some other Burger King locations where her food was moderate. this place in momence, but I was about six times; all these times, eating was really great. this previous experience (yesterday) was actually the best. the whopper tasted like he just cooked before he was handed over to me.
