During the extended holiday, I happened to stumble upon a restaurant called Jinbei. To my surprise, the appetizers served were a spinach salad with tuna and a variety of fish – I felt like I had already won something! Next, we ordered sashimi and skewers, and I can honestly say that everything we tried was delicious! They have over 30 types of local sake, and the owner asks about your preferences to suggest a sake that suits your taste. I didn't have a single disappointment. Both the food and the drinks were excellent. However, since it was a busy holiday period, the restaurant was incredibly crowded and fully booked. Unfortunately, our drink orders were sometimes forgotten or took a long time to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere was lovely, and I felt very comfortable overall.

The restaurant also offers a variety of local sakes to complement your meal. Plus, there’s a special service item from the owner, making this a spot worth returning to again and again.
